Originally, there were 70 Platinum awards available, up to £250 each, specifically for local clubs & small groups in SL6. We have so far made 58 awards, so there are 12 still available to be claimed. Here is a photo of one of the groups who asked for help to pay for a Platinum tea party! Looks like fun.
Many guides, brownies & scout groups have applied successfully; as have schools, drama clubs, sports clubs etc. We estimate that over 3000 individuals of all ages in those 58 groups have benefitted from our Platinum awards.
